Sustainable

The first one is a family focused 18 key sustainable hotel on the beach across from the main resort, next to 4 existing villas. It will be built using air-conditioned  two bedroom Yurts, along with our famous outdoor bathrooms.

We will use solar and lithium batteries to power the whole property sustainably.

The bar, restaurant and kitchen will be built using shipping containers, with the dining room between them beachside. Amenities will include two pools, and beach bar/activites hut, guests will have access to all of the Paradise Cove restaurants and amenities. Planned start date mid 2023 with a 6 - 12 month development window. Budget $8 million FJD.

The Tower 

This new block of rooms will be located on the same island as the main hotel.

It will be a three story block of 18 family rooms, built behind Donu and the Cove area with its own pools and walk way access to the main beach with reserved sunlonger access. This project will commence in 2024, and take 12-18 months to complete. This will be made using a bolt together steel and panel technology to minimize disruption to normal operations. Budget $ 8 million FJD.

All Inclusive Adults Only 5 Star

This resort will be built along the center of Nanuya Balavu.

The 18 luxury couples only villas, with their private plunge pools, will stretch east to west. The bedrooms facing the eastern beach and the sunrise, and the lounge and private pool facing the western beach and the sunset.

It will include a cliff top sunset restaurant/bar, and a beachside bar and activity hut. 

This property will also have full access to all the Paradise Cove Resort amenities.

This will be an all inclusive 5 star property for adults only, and is scheduled to break ground in 2024 with a 18-24 month development timeline. Budget $18 million FJD
