Please note the resort has a NO CASH POLICY in all outlets including the Restaurants, Bars, Spa and Dive Shop.

All charges must be billed back to your room account.

Acceptable forms of payment are all major credit cards and cash at the front office only. 

Please note there is a 2.9% surcharge fee on all credit card payments.

Safety:

Please keep your room locked when you are not there.

Please keep all valuables locked in the safe in your room at all times.

There is no lifeguard on duty at either the pools or the beach, so please take note of all instructions given by the activities team when doing water related activities. You swim at all times at your own risk.

The reef in front of the resort is a great place to snorkel and in great condition so we please ask that you do not stand on it when snorkelling. When the tide is from medium to low you will need to enter the water from the dive shop end to avoid walking on the reef.

We do have a resort nurse should you require medical attention at any time.

LIABILITY RELEASE, WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION LIMITED OF RISK AGREEMENT

By signing this document, I agree to exempt and release Paradise Cove Resort, it’s owners, employees, officers, and agents whether specifically named or not, from all liability and responsibility for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death, however caused, including, but not limited to, product liability or the negligence of the released parties, whether passive or active during my stay at the property.

I have fully informed myself, and my heirs of the contents of this liability of release and assumption of risk agreement by reading it before signing it on behalf of myself and my heirs.
