The resort is quite laid back, and we find that most guests prefer the daily ‘beach attire’ of sarongs and swimwear for the women, and t-shirt and swimming trunks for the men.

More often than not, you will find that you forget altogether about your shoes, and go barefoot everywhere. But along with what to wear, we find below are the things that are important to know about:

• The resort has a central beachside swimming pool and bar, located in front of the main restaurant.

• Along with two other swimming pools, the Boat Bar, and our tapas and Japanese restaurant Donu located in the Cove.

• The beautiful white sandy beach is all tide swimming.

• There are also plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for guest to use around the pools, and on the beach in front of the restaurant.

• The beachfront Villas have their own private sun loungers, and umbrellas located on the beach.

• There is also our PADI dive shop where you can arrange diving, game fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling equipment, and many of our exciting day trips and adventure activities.

• With an air-conditioned Gym, our Kids Club, the Teen Tent, and our full service Day Spa, offering fantastic spa treatments seven days a week, the resort has something for everyone.

• All Villas from The Cove and above get their very own Mei Mei Mama with 4 hours per day complimentary babysitting per day with additional hours at $20 per hour. For the bungalow's its a flat $20 per day for 4 hours and $20 per addtional hour. This service is available from 8am - 9pm daily. 

WIFI:

The resort offers complimentary WiFi provided by Starlink. There is WiFi in all the guest rooms, and in the restaurant, pool and bar area.

DRINKING WATER:

We do not advise drinking the water from the taps in any villas as this is only filtered to 10 microns. However, extensive measures have been put in place to ensure that the water accessing the kitchen, bar, and restaurant is all filtered to drinking standards (1 Micron), and there is complimentary bottled water in your rooms.

BEACH TOWELS:

Are provided complimentary during your stay, and are available from reception. Just pop in and collect them on your way to the beach or pool. The beach houses have towels available in your room.

TEA AND COFFEE:

Are available in all Villas, Beach Houses, and Bungalows.

DAILY ROOM CHARGES:

All activities and beverage charges are placed onto your room account, and payable upon checkout. At the time of any bar purchase or booking an activity, you will be asked to sign a docket, as you can imagine, with all nationalities and accents, it can be easy to hear the incorrect room number, and you may be asked to pay for someone else’s pina colada, but this is not our intention, and you can help by signing and checking your bar tabs each day.

MONEY EXCHANGE:

The resort does not have an ATM or money withdrawal facility, so we do advise that if required, you organize your FJ$ when you arrive in Fiji at the airport. On checkout, you can use Visa and MasterCard, American Express and FJ$, and we are also happy to exchange Foreign currency for you if required.

BABYSITTING:

We offer 4 hours per day complimentary babysitting with one of our lovely mei mei mamas for guests in the cove villas or above, with each addtional hour costing $20. For our bungalow guests its a flat $20 per day for the 1st 4 hours and then $20 per hour after. The service is available between 8am - 9pm daily and needs to be booked the day prior to avoid disappointment.

RECEPTION HOURS:

Hours: 7:30am to 7:30pm

NO DRONE POLICY

The resort has chosen to enforce a ban on the use of Drones while at the resort. This is to protect the privacy of our guests. While we appreciate some operators may choose to contact the local Civil Aviation board to seek approval and a permit, the resort reserves the right to protect the privacy of not only the guests but the private property of the resort itself. We thank you for your understanding and for respecting the resort's policy.

LAUNDRY:

We do offer a wash and fold laundry service guests in The Cove and above room categories get one complimentary load per stay, and each addtional load is $25, just place the items you want washed in the basket provided. Laundry given today will be returned the following am.

And high chairs are available free of charge.
