3) One Bedroom Villa with full kitchen and lounge and large bathroom 90m2 ( sleeps up to four with sofa bed ) from $1,299,000 FJD +VAT.

4) Two Bedroom Villa with full kitchen, lounge, two large bathrooms, full laundry, powder room 135m2  ( sleeps up to eight with a king, a split king, a sofa bed, and a murphy bunk bed) from $1,899,000 FJD + VAT.

5) Three Bedroom Villa (2 levels)  with full kitchen, dining room, two large lounge areas, three bedrooms and three large bathrooms, full laundry, powder room, 270m2 ( sleeps up to twelve with a king bed, two split kings, two murphy beds, two sofa beds) from $2,299,000 FJD + VAT.

6) Five Bedroom Villa (2 levels) with a full kitchen, dining room, three lounges, five bedrooms and four bathrooms, two laundries, and powder room ( Sleeps up to 18 ) 363m2 from $3,399,000 FJD + VAT.

To secure a villa you choose the location you desire, and a villa that fits your budget, you sign a sale and purchase agreement, and then pay a 10% deposit, within three months you settle on the lot, and you make progress payments for the construction, and the furniture package, and once complete the certificate of completion is issued, and then you can occupy your villa.

If you plan to put your villa in the rental pool and generate income when you are not using it. We suggest a local limited liability company, as the best holding structure. It is also generally possible to get financing for this sort of development from ANZ or Westpac.

The villa designs are fixed, and the color schemes are also fixed, as is the furniture package. You are only able to choose the location and the size of the villa you want to own.

It is possible to sign a management agreement with Paradise Cove Resort, and then have your villa added to the letting pool, and then you can earn income from the room nights you don't use for your friends and family. The revenue is split 50/50 after commissions, management fees, advertising, VAT, operating expenses, land rent, insurance, and any repair costs are deducted.
